A 12-month contract opportunity is currently available for Planning Approvals Coordinator.

Your new company 

Ideally located in Southern Sydney, with good travel links to Sydney CBD and outer suburbs, this Commercial Authority is focused on a range of mixed infrastructure and third-party applications. They have a strong project pipeline coming up and a fantastic work culture. 

Your new role 

With ongoing expansion occurring within the area, this organisation is looking for a switched-on Planning Approvals Coordinator to assist with an increasing number of development applications. You will be responsible for managing application drafting throughout the approval process and providing advice as required on application processes and procedures. You will also act as a point of contact with applicants and project facilitators as needed to meet compliance needs for land use zonings.

What you'll need to succeed 

You will have previous experience of Statutory Planning/Development Assessment within a NSW Government Authority, as well as a tertiary qualification in Planning or related field. A positive can-do attitude is key, as well as being hardworking and possessing core time management skills is essential.
