As a Planogram Merchandiser, you will use a Planogram diagram that shows how and where specific retail products should be placed to increase uniformity and increase customer purchases. Main Duties & Responsibilities

Servicing grocery stores across both Perth CBD Inner

• Ability to read and follow planogram guides
• Implementing new planograms layouts in stores
• Ability to identify and escalate any concerns in store
• Adhere to the Outlets “Relay Standards and Ways of Working”
• Ticketing compliance
• Ensure safe work practices are always adhered to
• Accurate and consistent reporting via the Strikeforce App

What you need to succeed 

• You will need to be over 18, have full Australian working rights.
• Current State Driver's Licence and Reliable vehicle
• Available to work shifts minimum of 2 days per week between Monday-Friday, normal business hours
• A love of physical work and attention to detail
• Physically fit – no impairments to bending and lifting
• Interpersonal skills, enabling you to relate to a diverse range of people
• Previous experience in Grocery Merchandising or supplies is a bonus but not essential.
• Willing to be flexible in a changing environment 
• Full training will be provided, no prior experience required.

• Hourly rate from $22.16 – $30.54 per hour + Super, inclusive of casual loading (hourly rate will be dependent on age and Award)
