We are seeking a Plant & Asset Administrator to join us on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will assist in the management of Centurion's Plant and Assets, to ensure compliance with our Maintenance Management Scheme.

- Provide a friendly and harmonious contact with all internal and external parties
- Effectively assist in Fleet amendments/updates in business systems (i.e. AX, MEX, Fleetsu)
- Understand and comply by the National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme
- Assist with Vehicle/Trailer Registrations/Deregistration, requests, updates, amendments and payments
- Assist as required in Dangerous Goods Registrations, Additions, Cancellations, and amendments
- Assist with online management of the East Coast Linkt account
- Assist all Asset relocation forms
- Liaise with Depot Managers to make sure all forms are completed correctly
- Raise Purchase Orders and process quotes as requested
- Book travel for the Equipment and Maintenance team when requested
- Effectively assist any compliance-based queries
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience working within the Transport and Logistics industry
- Effective time management and self-discipline
- Strong service orientation and related skills
- Computer literacy - Fleet Computer System.
