Ventia's Plumbing position is based at the Anglo-American Accommodation Village in Middlemount working an 7 day on/7 day off, fly-in fly-out roster with meals and accommodation provided while on site. This is a permanent full-time role with a base salary of $106527.46 plus superannuation, plus on call allowance, annual leave and sick leave are also accrued.
Responsibilities
- Plumbing, gas and drainage repairs & maintenance
- Change-outs, new installations and preventative maintenance
- Represent the company in a professional manner
- Effectively communicate with customers where required and to support other trades
- Complete all related paperwork as necessary in a timely manner
- If required be utilised on "on call" roster or overtime to suit client requirements
- Compliance with all Ventia SHEQ policies and procedures
About you
To be successful in this role you will have the minimum requirements:
- Registered and licensed plumber
- Gas fitting licence - (desirable)
- Solar and Heat Pump Endorsement
- Site Safe Passport or equivalent (Desirable)
- CPR - First Aid Training (Desirable)
- Drivers Licence & White Card
- Minimum 3 years post trade experience in Mining/Commercial/Industrial
- Experience working in a building maintenance position and programmed servicing
