Job Description:
The primary role of the Plumber is to perform both preventative and reactive maintenance tasks on gas and water infrastructure equipment within the village, off-plot utilities, and Permanent Buildings

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrable post trade experience working in a Commercial / Industrial environment.
• Previous experience providing maintenance services in a remote environment.
• Preventative maintenance on commercial and domestic plumbing systems
• Sewer and transfer systems
• Hot water systems, maintenance, and repairs
• Minor roof and gutter repairs
• Minor project works
• Basic computer skills
• Polywelding Experience
• Experience with large pipe diameter - 300mm+
• Flange Management
• Labour Intensive Work
• Must have Electro Fusion Polywelding Ticket.

Qualifications:

• Australian Recognized Trade Certificate;
• WA Plumbing License
• WA Gas Fitting Permit (minimum G class restricted to installing & servicing NG & LPG);
• PolyWelding - MANDATORY.
• Current Driver's License
• Right to Work within Australia (Passport/Birth Cert)
• Working at Heights (within 3 years) - mandatory
• Confined Space (within 3 years) - advantageous
• High Risk Work License - EWP
• White Card
• MSIC
• Updated resume clearly outlining positions, duties performed, duration, projects, employer, including at least two (2) referees;
