What your role at Qube will look like:
- Plan the daily transport function of specific clients and major accounts
- Prepare, check and lodge entries accurately in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to service joint accounts
- Ensure smooth and efficient flow of work relating to jobs, follow policy and meet KPI
- Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure sound ongoing business relationships are maintained
- Problem solve using own initiative, keeping Qube clients updated with progress on transportation issues
- Ensure clients remain updated with reference to the imposition of additional costs
- Timely response to issues raised by major clients with courtesy at all times
What you can bring to Qube:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following;
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Sound computer knowledge, including Excel, and able to pick up new computer systems quickly
- Customer Service experience
- Work collaboratively and harmoniously as a part of a team
- Ability to work autonomously using proactive approach to task resolution
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment
- Must be fit for work with a good level of fitness and general health
- Transport knowledge
- High risk forklift ticket
