Job description

Things We’ll Trust You With:

  • Coordinating the delivery of Council's annual capital projects program for Transport, Parks and Open Space, Water and Buildings Infrastructure
  • Creating Collaborative and mutually supportive relationships with project teams and senior stakeholders
  • Developing processes, tools, templates and systems to provide for effective monitoring measurement.
  • Reviewing the efficiency and the effectiveness of Council's current processes for the delivery of the capital works program.

Things You’ll Do:

  • Provide stage gateway approvals in accordance with the project management framework.
  • Coordinate change requests, quarterly reviews and budget management.
  • Develop and review budget estimations.
  • Oversee grants register and report on requirements.

 The Fine Print:

  • Package:  $100,816 - $112,360 gross p.a. plus 11% superannuation
  • Hours of work: Permanent Full time (35hours) with the option of a 19-day month.
