AddressPumps and Pipeline Services are seeking a motivated and experienced Poly Welder to join our team on a full-time basis completing water infrastructure projects across the Hunter region. (Not a FIFO role).
Duties & tasks:
- Weld poly pipelines across various open cut and underground mine sites.
- Install associated fittings and valves
- Complete daily paperwork
- Attend pre-starts and monthly toolbox talks
- Shut down work and the completion of projects
- Some workshop duties
Requirements & attributes:
- Demonstrated and proven prior experience in the mining and/or civil sector.
- Poly Welding Ticket
- Chainsaw Ticket (or willing to obtain before employment commences)
- Australian driver’s license
- White Card
- Current order 43 medical is advantageous
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening, and chest x-ray
- Live in or within 60 minutes of Muswellbrook NSW or have suitable accommodation arranged.
- Experience fabricating pipe spools highly advantageous and will be renumerated accordingly.
- Excavator ticket (minimum 100 hours) and HR licence highly advantageous
