Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Porter to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
Bring your experience within a hotel environment to working with a team of like-minded legends at Ayers Rock Resort. Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction whilst contributing to a unique world class hotel operation. Provide your knowledge of guest services to delivering a seamless customer journey.
Our porters are on the move throughout the resort, so an Open Driver's License is required for this role!
Our full-time fixed term seasonal work is available from July 10th 2024 to October 29th 2024
Key Duties
- Act as an ambassador of the resort ensuring all guests feel welcome on arrival and bid farewell with kindness on departure
- Coordinate guests' luggage across the hotels, ensuring it is managed in a timely manner
- Look after arriving guests, liaising with reception in terms of room allocations and delivering bags to guests in their rooms shortly after arrival
- Ensure all hotel areas, including guest rooms, offices, vehicles, conference and function areas, and external areas to the property are maintained and cared for on a timely basis as directed by management
