About the role

Band 4 - salary range $88,641 - $125,141 per annum (plus super)

Joining a dynamic, progressive Negotiated Customer Connections team, the Portfolio Lead is responsible for planning and overseeing the end to end delivery of a portfolio of applications, ensuring customer negotiated projects are managed and delivered in accordance with all technical, regulatory, and network requirements, whilst ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Working towards efficient business programs and customer focussed outcomes, responsibilities can also include:

  • Assessing connection requirements to ensure all relevant factors are considered
  • Coordination of design and/or construction works to meet various guidelines
  • Consistent liaison and engagement with customers, including internal and external stakeholders, influencing quality of outcomes
  • Regular quality reviews and closure of completed works projects

About you

We are looking for suitably experienced candidates, ideally those who have worked in a Design/Construction/Project role in the electrical distribution (or similar) industry. You will have a proven ability to identify the most effective and efficient processes and consistently achieve results in a dynamic, changing environment.

You will have high level commercial knowledge and a focus on growth and continuous improvement.

Your resilience and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with proven problem solving ability, will see you succeed in this role.
