Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Delivery Initiatives: Ensure effective collaboration across multiple squads, aligning work to deliver the product roadmap and achieve crew outcomes.
• Resource Engagement and Procurement: Engage and procure necessary resources in line with stakeholder expectations and processes.
• Performance Metrics Reporting: Utilise agile and lean delivery metrics to provide insights on crew performance and collaborate on continuous improvement.
• Governance and Controls: Establish and maintain appropriate governance controls to balance fast, flexible delivery with sustainability and adherence to organisational policies.
• Pipeline Management: Anticipate and manage future capability needs, maximising team productivity and efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and psychological safety within teams.
• Leadership and Management: Directly manage a team of Delivery Managers, ensuring performance management and career growth.
• Product Delivery Excellence: Contribute to the company’s product delivery frameworks, aligning activities with organisational strategies and standards.

About you:

• 10 years’ experience with a focus on end-to-end delivery in a dynamic, complex cross-functional environment.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with demonstrable experience influencing across technology and business stakeholders.
• Product delivery knowledge, with demonstrable experience working with product teams to deliver value to customers efficiently.
• Demonstrated strong emotional intelligence.
• Strong agile project management skills with the ability to operate on strategy and big picture... and the operational aspects of the role.
• Experience in leading the planning and facilitation of presentations and workshops with stakeholders.
• Ability to clearly breakdown, articulate and present complex issues and data to stakeholders at all levels.

From a compensation perspective, the role offers a competitive salary range of $220,000 - $230,000 PA plus superannuation, with a 30% bonus that has been confidently paid out for the past decade.
