What this opportunity involves: 

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Operations Manager to provide efficient operational support for our Lime Street portfolio. You will be responsible for attending to operational needs, coordinating works, managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and optimising operational costs. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.

An overview of the role:  

  • Attend to any operational needs adhoc or planned in a timely manner.
  • Assist Centre Manager and centre team in relation to tenancy delivery and filing of documents.
  • Arrange quotes for compliance and coordinate maintenance works.
  • Liaise with contractors on performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Review invoices to ensure works completed as agreed.
  • Manage incidents and liaise with relevant parties.
  • Seek rates for contract renewals for utilities.
  • Prepare operational budgets and identify opportunities for savings.
  • Maintain key registers, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with auditing requirements.
  • Collate energy usage data and report to the finance manager.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Centre Manager or Centre Manager.

Sound like you?This is what we’re looking for: 

  • Moderate to high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Experience with MRI or other dedicated accounting packages is preferable.
  • Previous experience in Retail Operations is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with peers.
  • Self-driven with the ability to set targets, monitor progress, and achieve results.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced environment as an Operations Manager or assistant Operations Manager advantageous
  • Previous experience working on Centres going through development or upgrade works desirable
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
