The Role:
- The Data and Analytics team at Precision Connect require a strong Power BI Developer.
- The role fully remote with the Precision Connect team in Brisbane and Melbourne.
- You will be part of a team to design and build a new suite of reporting using Power BI for all of our charity clients using our telephone fundraising services.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain BI dashboards using Power BI to facilitate data driven decision making.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, insights and opportunities for improvement for our charity clients and partners.
- Build and optimise data models to support complex reporting requirements.
- Partnering closely with Client Services and other business stakeholders, to understand and capture their analytics and reporting requirements.
- Translating high-level business requirements to deliver interactive reports and data models using Power BI and other development tools.
About You:
- 3+ years as a BI Analyst
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Strong understanding of data integrations and security
- Strong SQL skills.
- Knowledge of DAX and power query.
- Advanced data analysis and visualisation skills.
- Ability to dive into the data and explain, reason and comment on the trends, variations and exceptions to aid reporting and campaign optimisation.
- You will be a team player who can demonstrate excellent attention to detail, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust.
