Form of workGolden Bay Dental is a busy Beach-side Practice which has been providing dental service for over 20 years. Golden Bay Dental Clinic is situated 40 minutes South of Perth.
As a Practice Coordinator, you will lead and work with a well-trained and friendly team that is oriented towards the promotion of oral health care through advanced treatments and active maintenance.
As a successful applicant, your role is to apply a set of core duties, a positive attitude and professional energy towards patient services for an established fully engaged patient base.

To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes:
Essential -
- Experience in a senior position or managerial role in a dental practice is highly preferable
- Has strong leadership skills
- Has initiative and flexibility and can handle pressure
Desirable-
- Knowledge of Exact Dental Software Program is preferred
- Experience in Dental Assisting advantageous
- Experience with stock control and management
- Experience in Budgeting and Credit management
- Rostering of staff
- Knowledge of the Accreditation process
