We'd love to hear from you!We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our fast-paced, customer-centric mortgage production teams, with roles available across all our offices in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.Dentons' mortgage production teams are responsible for all facets of the residential mortgage process, from receiving client instructions to post-settlement. Key responsibilities of the role include liaising with stakeholders via phone and email and collaborating with the broader team to facilitate mortgage production, end-to-end.This is a rewarding opportunity to develop your skills and work in a well led and managed team environment.About the role
- Answering inbound calls from lenders/clients, brokers and solicitors (large focus of the role);
- Communicating with lenders/clients, borrowers, solicitors and brokers via email and in PEXA;
- Working across multiple email inboxes to answer queries and complete tasks; Completing required tasks to the required KPIs and within our client service level standards;
- Creating and working on matters in PEXA, including opening workspaces, accepting invites and answering conversations;
- Data entry in PEXA including preparing electronic mortgage documents;
- Document control, including scanning, filing and saving documents;
- Providing support and assistance to team members across the business unit; and
- Other duties as required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role or working environment e.g. law firm or financial institution (essential);
- Previous experience using PEXA (desirable);
- Great phone manner and previous experience in a contact centre environment;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Self-motivated and willing to learn;
- Fast learner with the ability to problem solve and take initiative;
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy; and
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
