Part Time role to work either Monday to Friday 9am - 3:30pm (1 Hour Lunch) or Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm (30 Min Lunch).
This is a challenging and fast paced Administration role based in our Parkside Office working within the high performing South Australian Pre-Site Team. This role is best suited towards individuals who can work in an extremely fast paced environment due to high volumes of work and can deal with the high pressures of the position. You will grow and learn all things building and construction of new homes and potentially move into a customer servicing role in pre-site management.
Reporting to the Pre-site Team Leader, your responsibilities will include: Accurate preparation of files and documentation for new customer files, estimating files, preliminary estimates, new home contracts, selections files, pre-planner and site files
Assist and relieve Pre-Site Manager, in the event of absence
Follow up on the receipt of preliminary engineering reports and upload documentation to the system
Reference reports in relation to daily workflow
Filing contract related documentation in job files
Liaising with internal departments to ensure drafting, permits and finance approvals are on schedule
Prepare contracts, selections, and other associated documentation in accordance with Metricon procedures and standards
Ensure each document is issued correctly to enable first time acceptance by the customer/recipient.

The successful candidate will have: Experience working within a fast paced administrative or customer focussed role
Proven ability in being a member of a successful, dynamic and results focused customer service team with a passion for customer service excellence
Proven ability to trouble-shoot and effectively meet deadlines in order to meet established performance standards
Highly effective interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders and customers
Fostering productive relationships with customers and key stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service
Ability to clearly identify people’s needs and generate solutions to suit both the customer and team member
Experience in understanding residential construction plans and contracts would be an advantage
Intermediate Microsoft OUTLOOK, WORD and EXCEL computer skills; and
Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities.
