Your new role
The PSFO program works collaboratively across the Family and Children’s Service department in addition to supporting the Integrated Child Family Health and Wellbeing portfolio to complement other universal and specialist services that are available to support children’s leaving, development and wellbeing across the municipality.
As a Preschool Field Officer you will promote inclusion within kindergarten programs across the municipality by recognizing the diversity of all children. You will support Early Childhood Educators to create environments where all children are valued and experience a sense of belonging that leads to children being encouraged to reach their full potential in all areas of development alongside their peers.
This is a temporary, full time role based at Kinderlea, but we can offer a range of flexible work options for the right candidate.
This is PSFO is classified under the the Early Education Employees Agreement (EEEA), and accordingly remuneration will be $120,278 to $123,117 (depending on experience), plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee. A salary increase is also scheduled in the EEEA for April 2024.
