The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your role as a Rope Access Plant Inspector will provide value-adding Inspection services to our Canning Vale clients. This exciting opportunity will be working with one of our major clients and has come about through the growth and further uptake of our services. The roster is 15 days on and 13 days off.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform rope access plant & piping inspections in accordance with company procedures;
- Liaise with the client and provide recommendations where required;
- Prepare and compile reports;
- Ensure that proper safety and quality procedures are strictly followed.
Forming part of a skilled and high-performing Inspection team, you will have the support of a progressive and experienced management team and be exposed to a variety of interesting and challenging work environments. The successful applicant will ideally have:
- IRATA certification Level 1 minimum;
- AICIP or API 510 & 570 Certification;
- ISO 9712 Level 2 NDT Certifications advantageous;
- Current Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC);
- Valid driver’s licence;
- Current confined space entry training & working at heights;
- Experience performing In-Service Pressure Equipment Inspections in the oil & gas maintenance sector;
- Be computer proficient with respect to e-mail, MS Word and Excel;
- An ability to contribute and work as part of a team environment.
