Our client is looking for an exceptional customer service-driven individual who is approachable, caring and possesses a professional personality. You will be managing the selection & administration process of your client's new home from design to completion.
- Assisting clients from their pre-start meeting through to the handover of their home
- Projects range from single and double storey custom designed homes
- Providing estimates for all stages of the design process including colour & finishing selctions
- Updating clients with construction updates
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times
- 2+ years experience as a Pre-start Consultant & Contracts administrator within the luxury custom residential housing industry
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High level of organisational and attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight timeframes
