About the role: The Pricing and Rebate Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, correctness, and compliance of rebate claims, ensuring they are processed appropriately. Additionally, this role involves support to customers throughout Australia and New Zealand for our brands Tork and Tena.Key responsibilities include: Monthly, quarterly, and annual calculation of customer and end-user rebates. Raise and send credit notes to customers as required.Review monthly price support claims in Essity Connect, resolve issues, and process in SAP.Resolve price support issues through email, phone, and customer meetings.Receive and process customer manual price support claims, including investigation and resolution of any discrepancies vs. existing contracts.Send monthly price/contract files to customers (select).Collaborate with team members to address and resolve contract issues.Process improvement initiatives: Focus on transitioning customers from manual price support to self-service (Essity Connect).To be successful in the role you should possess.
