Primary And High School Teachers/Tutors - Online

Come work at Into College, an exciting and innovative online tutoring organization. Engaging more than 2,000 students and doubling our student size over the past year, we aim to provide tailored and quality education in Australia. 

We are looking for 15 experienced and qualified tutors to join us in teaching Maths, Writing, Reading, Thinking Skills, Science, and Debating. 

We specialize in small group online classes of 8 students, and our courses cater to a Primary and middle school audience. We uniquely assess students by their abilities rather than year level to foster mental agility and creativity and develop students as well-rounded learners. Our staff of over 40 teachers comes from Australia, America, the UK, France, Singapore, China, etc. We believe that with excellent teachers, we can foster an authentic love of learning within students and inspire their learning journey.

A bit about you: 

• Prior teaching experience and qualifications (preferably >3 years)
• Professionalism and strong communication skills to foster healthy relationships with students, parents and colleagues 
• Empathy, understanding and compassion for individual differences of students
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• ABN registration (not needed for the recruitment stage)

Finally, we are 100% online, so you will require a computer, a good internet connection, and a headset and microphone. 

We shall schedule interviews and onboarding training every week.
