You will:
- Be a registered teacher with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (or equivalent).
- Have leadership experience within a Catholic School.
- Be committed to the ongoing learner growth of all students in your care and have a demonstrated capacity to lead a strong school improvement agenda.
- Possess Accreditation to Teach Religious Education or Lead in a Catholic School (or equivalent).
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- An opportunity to lead an inclusive school with a strong educational philosophy.
- Support from experienced senior leaders who will offer personalised mentoring and professional development to build upon your leadership skills.
- A clear system-wide learning agenda with the necessary support to ensure staff and students experience ongoing improvement and growth.
- With school enrolments of 103 students the classification under the CEMEA 2022 is Primary School Principal Level 2 with a secure 5-year contract.
