Our highly regarded client is an Australian-based cloud consultancy focused on large commercial and public sector organisations. Through leveraging proven methodologies, they deliver hyperscale cloud technologies in a vendor-agnostic environment. This highly collaborative company has an immediate opening in Melbourne or Sydney for an experienced Principal Cloud Product Management Consultant.

As a Principal Cloud Product Management Consultant, you will:

• Join a growing team of Cloud Leaders
• Deliver internal Cloud product management capabilities for enterprise customers
• Lead, manage and direct an expanding team
• Play a critical role in helping customers define and build new organisational capabilities (CBO & CPE), adopt new ways of working, and approach cloud as a “product” within their organisation
• Engage deeply with technology, consumer, and supplier team leaders to build and direct the features they need to get the most value from the Cloud
• Determine training, change, and other consumer experience activities
• Be a recognised thought leader in hyperscale Cloud platform operations

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills, traits, and experience:

• Demonstrated (7+ years) success in defining and building hyprscale cloud capabilities (CCOE, CBO, CPE)
• Advanced communication skills and presence
• Customer-facing experience driving discussions with senior customer stakeholders regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management, and risk mitigation
• Demonstrated experience with technology roadmap development, socialization, approval, and understanding of upskilling and enabling organisational change
• AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, and/or Google Cloud Foundational certifications or equivalent knowledge
• Current Australian Residency with the freedom to travel to customer sites
• NV1 clearance (advantageous)
