Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to become an integral part of our booming Engineering division. StreamTalent Engineering is one of the most respected Engineering recruitment agencies throughout Australia.
- Consult, advise and manage relationships with established clients
- Go-to-market with tailored marketing & talent acquisition solutions, giving you a huge point of difference in the industry
- Engage candidates using recruitment marketing techniques
- Train in personal branding methodologies to become the go-to person in your industry
We are looking for an ambitious recruiter who wants to join our industry-leading Engineering division.
- Experience in a 360-recruitment role for an agency

The Opportunity
There is an opportunity here to earn big money. Someone with around 2 years+ could expect to make anywhere between $200-$450K+ in salary.
You will have the opportunity to upskill yourself in employer branding and recruitment marketing as we deliver a truly unique service.

- $80-120k base + Super + industry leading commission structure
- Hybrid working - At Stream we operate a hybrid working model where we spend 2 days a week in the office (or more if you want). We do also offer fully remote options too
