- 🌟 Subject Matter Expert: MUST possess expert knowledge in Family Violence and direct sector experience, serving as the go-to authority on Family Violence, particularly victim-survivor support.
- 🎓 Educational Requirement: Bachelor's of Social Work or equivalent qualification is essential.
- 🤝 Collaborative Role: Work closely with the Principal Practitioner of Sexual Assault to drive practice development, provide secondary consultations, deliver training sessions, and implement new procedures and strategies aligned with Family Violence reforms.
- 🌍 Location Flexibility: While based in Mildura, occasional travel may be required to support all service locations.
- 🎓 Professional Development: Receive training in reflective practice and have access to an external supervisor to support your growth.
