MANAGE OUR CONTRACTS, STORES, PURCHASING AND
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE TEAMS
About You
Your deep understanding of end to end procurement in a large
organisation equips you with the required knowledge of policies and
relevant legislation to drive best practice in this field. Equally
important is your ability to lead a large, multi-faceted team and
promote positive supplier and internal stakeholder
relationships.

Financial Services Branch comprises professionals who are

About the position
This permanent full-time position is based at our
state-of-the-art Charlton Depot. We are offering a salary range of
$109,817.33-$123,936.67 plus 17.5% leave loading and up to 12.65%
superannuation. We also offer:

How to be successful in this position
Degree in Business, Commerce or a related field from a
recognised University, with substantial experience or a
combination of extensive experience, expertise and competence,
which enables the incumbent to perform all duties of the
position.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contract
law.
Significant experience within
Stores/Logistics/Warehousing.
Leadership and management skills.
Interpersonal, communication and customer service
skills.
Strategic planning and management of
projects/programs.
Detailed knowledge and understanding of legislation
applicable to local government and Council’s strategic
financial/procurement operations.
