Senior Clinical Psychologist Leadership Role - Ipswich/South West Brisbane

Our client, a leader in the mental health sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for a newly created, permanent role in their Ipswich clinic, which may also encompass responsibilities in other Brisbane locations as the group expands. Offering:

• Attractive remuneration package: $130,000 - $170,000 + super.
• Full-time role with consideration for part-time arrangements

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing clinical leadership, including mentoring a team of General and Clinical Psychologists.
• Managing a clinical caseload, tailored to your clinical interests, across one or more clinics.
• Contributing to the national clinical leadership team, aiding in clinic growth and service development.
• Advising on clinical quality, safety, and care standards.
• Offering immediate supervision and escalation for complex cases.
• Facilitating 1:1 and small group supervision sessions, both in-person and via Zoom.
• Assisting in the implementation of the Clinical Governance Framework and accreditation processes.

About the Candidate:

• Self-directed, with a proven track record in project ownership and leadership.
• Demonstrated skill in building rapport with independent Psychology Contractors.
• Experience as a Clinical Consultant to Psychologists.
• Collaborative, strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum five years of direct clinical experience.
• Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist is an advantage.
• Completion or undertaking of a Psychology Board-approved supervisor training program.
• Leadership experience in a clinical setting is highly regarded.
• Background in policy development or clinical care advancement is desirable.
