About the roleWe have a permanent opportunity available for a Principal – Value Delivery. As part of our newly formed Transformation Office this role will lead the development of performance metrics for our transformation portfolio. The role will support the evaluation of business cases for transformation Program and Projects validation of baselines and benefit assumptions and verification of benefit realisation/impact. Other benefits include but are not limited to social clubs, 17.5% extra pay when taking annual leave, wellness leave, flexible working arrangements, on-site gyms, salary packaging, professional development and learning programs.About you:There are a few things that we’ll look for in your CV;You will be Degree qualified in finance or related discipline, along with substantial experience working within a financial analysis/benefits realisation environment with a Program Management Office. You will have considerable experience in enterprise-wide transformation with large scale multi-disciplinary programs and will also have extensive experience in analysing and developing complex portfolio benefits realisation frameworks. You will be someone who has experience and understanding of various Project Management methodologies, tools, techniques, and principles.What the role will involveEstablishing and maintaining a performance driven culture and rhythm for the transformation portfolio. Evaluate transformation project business cases, testing validity of benefits/impacts including assumptions and benefit baselines.Develop guidelines for business case estimation and validation, including driving the development and implementation of a benefits framework which provides structure for benefits identification, mapping (strategy to business case objectives) and benefits realisation.Leads the connection of financial delivery forecasts to Transformation Office roadmap and milestones in conjunction with the rest of the Transformation PMO.Provides visibility of the overall performance of the transformation portfolio from all aspects of time, cost and quality. Provides insights of the overall performance of the transformation portfolio including impacts on corporate KPIs, executive actions and Thrive2035 goals.Conducts deep dives on transformation initiatives to improve executional certainty and provide Executives with confidence that initiatives will deliver value.
