THE OPPORTUNITY
Based at our customer site in Brisbane CBD, we have an opportunity for an experienced Print Room Specialist to join our team on a fixed term contract basis until the end of September 2024. This role will cover an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday and provide efficient service delivery, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working as part of a team to provide an efficient print service delivery
- Delivering a great service and building strong relationships with your clients
- Advising clients of the most efficient solutions to meet their design, print and distribution requirements
- Prioritising and monitoring customer requests according to complexity and urgency
- Daily record keeping functions and reporting
- Completing monthly transaction data
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a Print Room environment
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Experience working in a corporate/professional services environment
- Knowledge of digital print operations, finishing and binding
- Knowledge of mail and courier administration, desirable
- Knowledge of records management systems and process, desirable
- Excellent customer service and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail wit a strong sense of quality standards
