We are seeking a skilled and experienced Photocopier Technician to join our busy print install and maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing photocopiers and related IT and connectivity for our clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers experience minimal downtime and receive the highest quality service.

About the Job

On-site Repair: Perform repairs on A4 and A3 Multifunction Devices (MFDs).

Predelivery and Installation: Prepare, install, and provide client training for new equipment.

IT Skills Application: Utilize IT and networking skills in environments requiring multi-factor authentication (MFA) and scan configurations.

Technical Support: Offer both onsite and remote technical support to clients.

Travel: Travel to remote locations for repairs or installations as needed.

Training: Participate in Canon-provided online and hands-on training.

Job Records: Use a copier-specific ticketing system for efficient job record management.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Proven experience as a Photocopier Technician.

Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of photocopier hardware and software.

Canon Experience: Familiarity with Canon devices is an advantage.

Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Customer Service: Friendly and outgoing personality for exceptional customer service.

Presentation: Neat personal presentation.

Physical Fitness: Physically fit for the demands of the job.

Driver's License: Current manual driver's license.

Canon Software: Prior experience with Canon software is preferred but not essential.
