A rare opportunity has become available to support a philanthropic HNWI with a busy schedule.
This role requires someone with an eye for detail and who is one step ahead of the game.
Naturally, this role warrants a senior level, experienced Private PA who appreciates even the most minutiae of detail.

Responsibilities:
- Driving to appointments
- Laying out clothing
- Organising wardrobes
- Organising flower deliveries
- Organising refreshments for guests
- Managing the service and delivery of breakfast and dinner
- Coordinating schedules with both the Executive and Personal Assistant
- Working closely with the House Manager
- Ad hoc requests as required
The ideal candidate:
- Must have 5 + years of Senior level PA experience
- Must have a drivers license and clean record
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Be sensible and reliable
- Pre-emptive and responsive
- Sound understanding of discretion and confidentiality
- Flexible approach to hours
Hours of the role:
Monday: 1pm - 9pm
Friday: 1pm - 9pm
Saturday: 9am - 3pm, 4pm - 9pm
Sunday: 9am -3pm, 4pm – 9pm
