As the largest private psychology practice on the Central Coast with over 30 psychologists, we can offer you unrivalled access to the knowledge and experience of senior and experienced psychologists with regular group and peer supervisions, as well as access to in-house board-approved supervisors.
We are a psychology clinic run by psychologists, for psychologists. We know what works to make your professional life easier! All psychologists at the READ Clinic receive an unmatched level of administrative support – our friendly and well-trained Client Care Team take care of all the administrative aspects including initial client enquiries and intake, appointment booking, diary management, gap filling, invoicing and debt collection, leaving you free to focus on your clients.
With very well-established referral streams and a dedicated marketing team, we can offer you the opportunity to tailor your client group to your areas of interest and career aspirations.
We also have a regular program of social events giving you the opportunity to connect with psychologists and the Client Care Team in a more informal setting.
The benefits of our working at the READ Clinic include:

• Flexibility to choose how many days you work, with the option for full days or half days (clinics are open Monday to Saturday)
• Take home per session at least $138 for general psychologists / $156 for clinical psychologists
• No room hire or resources fees
• Strict cancellation policy enforced by the Client Care Team up to 100% of session cost for cancellations within 24 hours
• Broad range of client presentations are referred to the READ Clinic so you can choose your client group
• Access to a wide range of assessment tools including the ADOS assessment kit
• Well-established referral network and marketing team bringing in new clients daily
• Exposure to complex case formulation and management via Clinic-wide peer supervisions with senior psychologists
• Comfortable and well-appointed consulting rooms and purpose-built clinic facilities (second clinic premises opening early 2024)

Requirements for registered or clinical psychologists:

• Reside on the Central Coast (or relocating to the Central Coast prior to commencement)
• Ahpra registration
• ABN
• Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Full working rights in Australia
