Private School Security Officer

MONJON is privately owned, specialist security company that provides professional 'in-house-trained' personnel, equipped with leading edge technology that meets the demands of our many national and multi-national clients.

Due to our client’s needs, we are currently looking to employ experienced Security Officers to assist us in providing an exceptionally high level of customer service, professional conduct and proven aptitude. These qualities are critical to ensure the highest of security standards are provided at all times. 

Our clients' sites are prestigious, Melbourne based Private Schools with multiple campuses. 8-12-hour shifts, spread across the week, including weekends - mostly night shifts 1800-0600. 

AVAILABLE WEEKENDS IS A MUST, EXTENSIVE PATROLLING REQUIRED AT ALL SITES ON A ROTATING ROSTER, 

We are looking for an immediate starter. 

In order to join Monjon you must present with the following qualities:

• Essential: valid Employee Working With Children’s Check
• Essential: Alarm system exposure
• Essential: excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Essential: the highest level of professional presentation
• Essential: attention to detail, dedication, commitment and loyalty
• Essential: the ability to work without supervision and problem solve
• Essential: can manage different situations - ie alarms, fire
• Essential: current Victorian Security Licence (please detail on resume)
• Preferred: current Drivers Licence
• Essential: physically fit and able to complete walking patrols throughout a shift
• Essential: security experience from a wide range of industries
