Job description

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Improvement and IT Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in building and optimizing our processes within ClickUp, maintaining and implementing additional software solutions, and handling the general IT requirements of the company. As we anticipate doubling our team size over the next 1-2 years, this role will be crucial in ensuring our systems and processes scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Development and Optimization:

  • Optimize company processes within ClickUp.
  • Identify opportunities for Process Improvements and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand process requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Software Implementation and Maintenance:

  • Research and implement additional software solutions to enhance company processes.
  • Ensure all software tools are integrated seamlessly and function efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.

IT Management:

  • Handle the general IT requirements of the company, including hardware and software management.
  • Provide technical support to team members and troubleshoot IT issues.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.

Team Collaboration and Training:

  • Train team members on new processes and software tools.
  • Create and maintain documentation for all processes and IT systems.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Project Management:

  • Manage projects related to Process Improvement and IT implementation from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Process Improvement, IT management, and software implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and ClickUp or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and training skills.
  • Experience in managing projects and coordinating with external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in project management.
  • Experience in a fast-growing company or start-up environment.
  • Familiarity with data security regulations and compliance standards.
