About You
- Experience in Process Working or other warehouse/factory environment
- Ability to lead by example and motivate, and encourage your team while understanding and developing individual capabilities
- Provide person-centred support to employees with disabilities in line with the NDIS standards and complete relevant daily documentation.
- Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, product quality and OH&S guidelines
- Excellent communication skills

- NDIS Screening check (essential)
