We currently have an entry level Procurement & Infrastructure (P&I) Traineeship available at our Head Office in Collingwood. Our traineeship are full time for 12 months and provide a great opportunity for individuals who have limited work experience and have not undertaken study since finishing school.

What you will be doing

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Tend to the day-to-day running of the Head Office facility including; issuance and tracking of access cards, keeping stationery and kitchen supplies stocked, dealing with issues as they are raised, and general office duties
• Monitor the P&I Inbox and allocate queries to relevant P&I staff
• Responsible for internal inter-office and external mail functions, both inward and outward, and assisting the business in regards to mail/couriers where required
• Assist all other offices and branches with the procurement of stationery, office supplies, kitchen amenities and mail room supplies Assist with projects as directed by Manager Procurement & Infrastructure and Procurement & Infrastructure Coordinator
• Participate in staff training and development
• Perform any other duties consistent with the position classification as directed by the Manager Procurement & Infrastructure and other Procurement & Infrastructure team members
• Certificate III Business Administration.

A salary will be paid in accordance with the Banking, Finance and Insurance Award 2020.
