The Role
Reporting into the ANZ Supply Chain Manager, this Sourcing Coordinator manages the relationship between Domino’s existing and new suppliers across both the food and consumables categories, and sources the required products in line with new product development, business direction and the promotional calendar across Australia and New Zealand.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Work closely with the product development and culinary teams to understand their requirements and provide guidance on ingredient and material selection.
  • Manage procurement timelines and deliverables for new product development projects.
  • Conduct meetings with new suppliers to introduce them to Domino’s and the company’s operational and procurement ethos.
  • Ensure all suppliers meet ANZ regulatory and food safety standards and assist in obtaining necessary certifications.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to identify emerging products and ingredients that could enhance our menu.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure favourable agreements while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Forecast demand requirements for new products.
  • Attend franchisee meetings to present and discuss New Product Development status and implementation.
  • Maintain required pricing documentation and costing analysis for finance and auditing purposes.
  • Assist with tender analysis documentation.
  • Assist with managing a supplier spend of more than $250M per annum.
  • Conduct supplier business review meetings on a weekly, fortnightly, or quarterly basis.
  • Reviewing and putting forward Supplier Contracts, Confidentiality Agreements and Terms and Condition documents to Legal Department
  • Review opportunities to remove unnecessary costs, diversify supplier base and or consolidate supplier base whilst maintaining or improving quality and commercial benefits.
Skills & Expereince
To be successful in this role you will thrive in a fast paced, high-volume environment. You will have seen success within your previous positions because of your strong attention to detail skills as well as your ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven expereince within a Procurement / Sourcing Coordination role
  • Food, FMCG, manufacturing expereince is essential
  • Intermediate excel skills and ability to analyse and interpret data is required
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Must have a flexible approach to work and undertake new tasks quickly
  • Demonstrate a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Experience in franchising is preferred
  • Ability to negotiate improved outcomes for business units
This position works closely with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Finance, Stores, Suppliers and Distribution Centre’s so effective relationship management and communication skills are crucial.
