Work Location: Perth. Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people. Roster: Monday - Friday (with site travel) The Procurement Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting our organisation's Procurement Support team around the globe.
This role involves a deep understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, the ability to facilitate procurement transactions across the whole organization, ensure compliance while working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver fit for purpose and timely outcomes. The successful candidate will demonstrate a keen eye for detail, strong technical aptitude, ability to lead a team and a commitment to promoting best practices in procurement. The role will report to the Procurement Services Lead, Fortescue.
Key Responsibilities Guide Global Procurement Support team through the full cycle of the Procure to Pay (P2P) process to ensure smooth transitions from vendor identification, to creation of Purchase Requisition through to final payment. Assist the Global Procurement Support team in facilitating Vendor Onboarding process in a timely manner, including ensuring onboarding requests meet Fortescue Governance requirements; liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to complete documentation & System activation. Supervise the team responsible for the training and support of internal stakeholders on P2P processes.
