This is an exciting opportunity for a Product Analyst to join our Partnerships team and deliver meaningful change for our business and customers across Europe." What you’ll do:
As part of our product team, you’ll play an integral role in launching new 3rd party billing partnerships, which will support the growth of Sky’s streaming services across Europe.
Ensure the success of these partnerships by managing the early stages of onboarding and in-life management.
Analyse relevant product data and develop appropriate reporting, so we can continually measure the success of our billing integrations.
Develop data-driven recommendations for product enhancements and new capability.
Monitor industry best practice & innovations to identify new partnership opportunities, and ways to enhance our customers’ experience through existing partnerships.
Work collaboratively with our local market teams to define product requirements based on the specific needs of the business & domestic market.
Present these customer and business requirements as user journeys, user stories and acceptance criteria to help guide our technology teams in delivering optimised product solutions.
Build effective relationships with our range of stakeholder teams, including commercial strategy; propositions; partnerships and e-commerce, so we remain close to their priorities and reflect these in the product roadmap.
What you’ll bring:

Good balance of creativity, organisational and analytical skills
Great communication skills and an ability to prioritise on the go
Relevant work experience in media, or experience working in product / technology
Ability to define requirements through interviews/workshops and to improve processes and working practices, balancing costs and benefits when evaluating possible solutions
Competency / fluency in other European languages, especially German and / or Italian (desirable, not mandatory)
