This is an exciting opportunity for a Product Analyst to join our Partnerships team and deliver meaningful change for our business and customers across Europe." What you’ll do:
- As part of our product team, you’ll play an integral role in launching new 3rd party billing partnerships, which will support the growth of Sky’s streaming services across Europe.
- Ensure the success of these partnerships by managing the early stages of onboarding and in-life management.
- Analyse relevant product data and develop appropriate reporting, so we can continually measure the success of our billing integrations.
- Develop data-driven recommendations for product enhancements and new capability.
- Monitor industry best practice & innovations to identify new partnership opportunities, and ways to enhance our customers’ experience through existing partnerships.
- Work collaboratively with our local market teams to define product requirements based on the specific needs of the business & domestic market.
- Present these customer and business requirements as user journeys, user stories and acceptance criteria to help guide our technology teams in delivering optimised product solutions.
- Build effective relationships with our range of stakeholder teams, including commercial strategy; propositions; partnerships and e-commerce, so we remain close to their priorities and reflect these in the product roadmap.
What you’ll bring:
- A passion for media and technology – it’s at the core of everything we do and are as a team
- The drive to get things done and make a difference, and the calmness to ensure we keep focused on the bigger picture when things are challenging
- Good balance of creativity, organisational and analytical skills
- Great communication skills and an ability to prioritise on the go
- Relevant work experience in media, or experience working in product / technology
- Ability to define requirements through interviews/workshops and to improve processes and working practices, balancing costs and benefits when evaluating possible solutions
- Competency / fluency in other European languages, especially German and / or Italian (desirable, not mandatory)
