Form of workThe Opportunity: A Paramatta based organisation is looking for a Product Designer and play a key role in designing and developing accessible, intuitive digital products and services that meet the needs of our diverse user base. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic digital transformation projects and contribute to the enterprise roadmap by applying continuous improvement strategies. The Role: Digital Product Design: Design and develop accessible, easy-to-use digital products and services, ensuring alignment with quality standards and best practices.
Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with teams remotely and in person across NSW to deliver strategic digital transformation outcomes, facilitating the product vision and roadmap. User-Centered Design: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to enable data-driven, human-centered design approaches for complex product development problems. Design Excellence: Lead product direction and strategic thinking, working closely with engineers and other designers in cross-functional teams to deliver design excellence.
