Product Hub Associate - Technical

The Product Hub (The Hub) is a key function within Hidrive. The Product hub is a central resource for the entire company as the ‘go-to’ team for all product related questions and technical assistance.

An exciting opportunity to join our Product Hub is available. The successful candidate will be based at our Canning Vale office and will excel at building working relationships with the sales and customer care team.

About you

You will have the ability to assess service enquiries and identify the appropriate corrective actions. With excellent training provided you will develop a technical knowledge of Hidrive’s products and capabilities to deliver assistance to the sales team in meeting our customers’ needs.

About the Role

• This role requires you to be able to work both autonomously and in a team environment and duties are varied including:
• Being passionate about customer care.
• Provide professional and customer focussed service to both internal and external customers in all interactions.
• Take ownership of enquiries (internally and externally) and follow through until a resolution is reached.
• Ensure that all proposals or advice delivered are 100% source of truth, and not based on assumption or opinion.
• Ensure all proposals maintain the profit margins required for the sustainable operation of the business.
• Become an authority on all things Hidrive, this will include staying up to date with developments within the LCV and Light Truck markets.
• Use, maintenance and development of systems and procedures used by the team to contribute to the continual improvement of the team’s performance.
