What you'll contribute to

The Product Planning & Development (PPD) Division is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of all product activities in order to ensure new products are optimised to meet the future needs of customers. The Product Information Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting the validation of marketing materials and technical Product Information in order to ensure that all TMCA products are accurately represented in the public domain.

How you'll make an impact

  • Implement agreed Product Information processes and procedures consistent with set policies in order to ensure that all TMCA products are accurately represented in the public domain.
  • Assist in the development of Product Information processes and procedures consistent with set policies to ensure that all TMCA products are accurately represented in the public domain.
  • Validate all marketing data in order to reduce risks by ensuring specification accuracy in the public domain.
  • Maintain accessory and parts information through utilisation of various business information systems in order to ensure all stakeholders are provided with accurate and timely information.
  • Assist with the provision of advice and guidance to stakeholders on vehicle specifications in order to ensure that they have the required resources and information.
  • Monitor and analyse performance against targets for own area and recommends countermeasures where required including reporting and visualisation.
  • Monitor own tasks with respect to compliance with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements in order to minimise Toyota's risk exposure and liabilities.

Your attributes - If you've got one or more, we'd love to hear from you!

  • Degree qualification in Engineering, Business Management or equivalent
  • 2+ years' accumulative experience in working with technical Product Information.
  • Understanding of the automotive industry is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
