- Working in Momentum agile delivery squad as Product Optimisation Specialist either as Product Owner or Product SME

This role will support the effective coordination and delivery for the Consumer Insurance portfolio of initiatives. The role will work in Suncorp's adaptive delivery model - Momentum -working with a cross-functional squad within the Protect my Home and Mobility Tribe to deliver products and outcomes that meet our customers' needs and deliver business value, in line with risk appetite.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Represent the Portfolio teams on projects which improve the portfolio performance in the next 1-2 financial years
- Supporting the squad with daily commercial decisions and removing blockers on behalf of the squad
- Accountable for translating Consumer Product and systems expertise into Squad missions, and initiatives to achieve desired customer and business outcomes
- Responsible for assisting with discovery and experimentation of ideas in addition to delivering solutions to customers and colleagues.
- Identify and liaise with stakeholders and work collaboratively with all Project and Business team members and stakeholders
- Minimum 4 years Consumer Insurance Product experience
- Strong knowledge of the Suncorp Consumer Insurance business
- Project and Initiative management experience
- Strong communication (Written/Verbal) with experience in group presentations.
