As a Performance Lead you'll play a key role in their mission to  lead the investment and resource demands for service needs and manage the Lifecycle Management of Technology Assets for Banking Products. You'll be 

 

  • Supporting the Head of Strategic Product Change to manage and govern the Banking Products and related business units' portfolio of initiatives and ensure that initiatives align with organisational priorities, investment, resource and sustainability goals.
  • Supporting Product-led initiatives ensuring robust collaboration across the Centres of Excellence and the broader business, including performance measures, risk and compliance and issue resolution.
  • Leading and manage the annual and quarterly planning for Banking Products, including driving the cultural change to adapt to a new operating model and tools.
  • Monitoring and manage investment budget, resource requirements and potential constraints, making recommendations to resolve as required.

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following: 

 

  • Ability to think broadly, plan, prioritise and sequence work.
  • Proven understanding of programme governance and project delivery, developing and delivering value, commercial and customer-centric solutions.
  • Strong end-to-end delivery focus, with proven ability to coordinate moving parts and associated change, risks and dependencies.
  • Excellent stakeholder, relationship, influencing, communication, and networking skills – with the ability to understand and translate multiple drivers and sources of information and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Motivated with the ability to adapt quickly, problem solve, work collaboratively and demonstrate strong business acumen.
  • Experience in working with teams with different backgrounds, capabilities, and skills to deliver results.
