We are a national operation, with Product Support Managers in each mainland state (and NZ) and a reputation for outstanding Product Support and service to our dealers and farmers.
Our premium product range includes Agri-Spread, Elmers, Gregoire Besson, Geringhoff, Highline, Equalizer & Broughan trailers.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the agriculture sector and ideally the dealer landscape in SA. Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage and maintain dealer relationships with regular visits to branches
- Liaise with BDM to manage product enquiries, quoting and orders
- Coordinate and deliver product training to dealers on a regular basis
- Attend product start-ups with dealers and farmers
- Help dealers with product demo’s and our presence at field days
- Manage compliance to our dealer agreements for each product line
- Help coordinate OEM visits to dealers and major customers
- Gather feedback and images from the field for use in R&D and product marketing
You will be highly organised, willing to travel and spend time in the field, demonstrate sound mechanical aptitude and possess excellent relationship building skills. Even more important is a fit with our National Product Support team who are down to earth, flexible and ‘go the extra mile’ to look after our customers.
