Job description

An opportunity exists for a professional and energetic Production/Workflow Co-ordinator to join our team at The Branding Business.  

We are an established Promotional Merchandise provider whose team culture is one of fun, commitment and success.

You will work within a team environment and play a critical role in helping grow our business by providing outstanding support to our dynamic sales team.

THE ROLE
As an integral member of the Branding Business you will be providing support to the sales and warehouse team on a daily basis with the following roles:-

  • Assisting the Account Managers by way of managing the day to day production of jobs in the job management system including liaising with suppliers, managing factory artwork, processing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of all products in our warehouse or direct to our clients;
  • managing timelines and stock for badge production, digital transfers and letterboxdrops for clients;
  • resolving production issues including incorrect artwork and freight issues;
  • coordinating freight logistics ensuring daily checking of outgoing and incoming freight;
  • coordinating the logistics/requirements of large pack jobs with warehouse and Account Managers;
  • Presenting a high level of customer service skills;
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers as necessary;
  • Providing a friendly link between the client, sales, warehouse and production teams;
  • Adhoc office duties as required

THE NON-NEGOTIABLE
 It is essential that you are highly organised, professional, outgoing, friendly and a good representation of our business.  You will radiate confidence and nothing will be too much trouble when it comes to our customers.  We say "yes" always and work as a team to ensure that our clients are serviced.  

You will back all of this up with proven skills:  

  • Previous experience in the Promotional Merchandise and/or apparel industry and/or a strong background in production co-ordination would be highly desirable but not essential. 
  • Be proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word.  Knowledge of Xero would be advantageous but not necessary.  
  • Be super organised and a great multitasker, with the ability to learn and follow procedures with meticulous detail.
