About the Role:
A Nippy’s Production Manager plays an essential part in the overall production of goods manufactured from our Moorook Site. With a strong understanding of production processes and a positive can-do attitude the successful candidate will be able to lead and influence a team, be happy to pick up the tools and get their hands dirty when needed, as well as work any necessary overtime as required.
Additional key responsibilities:
- Oversee all production of produce from the Moorook facility to ensure targets are met
- Generate production schedules and share with all stakeholders
- Identify process improvement initiatives
- Ensure all machinery and equipment is maintained and operating efficiently
- Respond to any & all breakdowns as a high priority
- Work with Nippy’s team leaders to ensure all staff are working effectively with high morale
About you:
The successful candidate will have a positive can-do attitude and proven experience working within a similar role. You will possess a demonstrated high-level of interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy with a focus on successful outcomes.
Necessary training may be provided for the right candidate

- Strong team leadership skills and an ability to resolve team conflict professionally
- An ability to follow and adhere to WHS initiatives
