We are looking for an individual who thrives on leading a team, and who finds satisfaction in providing customers with a high-quality end product.
The successful candidate will have cabinet making (or similar) experience and be one who can provide a 'hands on' approach, help drive production, and provide guidance and leadership to the team.
What we are looking for:
- High commitment to health and safety
- Wood machining experience within a production environment
- Previous experience managing a small team, with the ability to lead and motivate
- Strong attention to detail and quality focused
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritise and adhere to deadlines
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
