We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and result orientated person to join our Manufacturing Facility in St Leonards, Tasmania.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and committed Production Team Leader to join our St. Leonards site team.
You will bring a mature, responsible, and no-nonsense attitude into our business where you can make a difference within a small team of operators.
Your ability to drive and nurture a fresh team through day to day supervision is one of your main attributes.
- This is a Permanent, 5 day per week, Afternoon Shift role from Monday to Friday inclusive.
- Lead the Afternoon Shift in day to day production aiming to minimise mistakes, stabilise processes, and increase output.
- Coordinate work according to knowledge base whilst driving to upskill the crew.
- Train and support staff with ongoing process updates.
- Learn, understand, and improve production processes including machinery performance, quality, safety, and handling techniques.
- Previous Leadership experience
- Shift work experience
- Production line and machinery knowledge
- Baking or Batch Making experience
- Food or Pharmaceutical background
- Forklift license
- Certificate in Manufacturing, Food Handling, or similar
