Form of workACE Sleepers have fantastic opportunities to join our busy manufacturing team based in Bayswater North, Vic.
We are looking for honest, reliable Production Workers to commence immediately. Our new team members will be fully trained to manufacture high quality Concrete Sleepers.
Get your afternoons back with early starts, early finishes with a 12:30pm finish on Fridays. We offer above award rates and overtime during our busy periods.
The successful applicant must;
- Have a positive attitude and hard work ethic
- Be physically fit
- Work well in a team environment
- Be fluent in spoken and written English
- Demonstrate a priority for safety in and around machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift Licence preferred
- Be willing to undertake manual labour
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Manufacturing Concrete Sleepers with accuracy and attention to detail
- Operation of Production Equipment including our batch plant
- Manual handling
- Keeping work area clean
Training will be provided on the job, and will be ongoing to ensure you have the skills and ability to complete your role.
Candidates with a concreting background or experience in a manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.
